Oakview Place is a quiet, cozy 1-bedroom retreat in the prestigious San Roque neighborhood. Entire unit has ocean views and a patio to watch the beautiful Summerland sunsets. 5 min walk or bike ride to Summerland Beach.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space with great mountain views. In this very large private studio, with a king bed, twin bed, living room, bathroom, and kitchenette (fridge, microwave, toaster oven, and 2-burner electric cooktop). We live on the property (separate area from Airbnb) and can assist with any needs. We're on a quiet mountain road, while easy to get downtown and freeway.
