On the property, enjoy the fresh mountain air, changing leaves, and local flora and fauna. In summer, cool off after a hike or bike in the shared pool. In winter, you're 15 minutes to Mad River Glen and 30 to Sugarbush Ski Resort.

Historic Warren is close by with one of our favorite restaurants and bars (Tracks) and of course Sugarbush base is walking distance (or ski “Out to Lunch” down)

Tennis lessons and clinics available on site. Both gas and charcoal grills are available. Two Fire pits located just outside outdoor. Plenty of convenient parking.

Come enjoy all Sugarbush has to offer with a stay in our newly constructed ski-in/ski-out condo. Conveniently located right off the "Out to Lunch" trail for effortless ski on /ski off adventures. Plus, it's merely a short 5-minute walk to the base lodge, where you can unwind after a day on the slopes. Gather around one of the inviting fire pits for some après-ski relaxation or return to the condo and bask in the warm glow of the gas fireplace. Your perfect winter getaway begins here!

Slopeside Bolton Valley Studio

Bright and charming studio at Bolton Valley Resort. Ski, ride, snowshoe, bike, hike within seconds of leaving your front door. The studio is at 2000' elevation tucked into the valley with easy access to dozens of beautiful trails. You'll experience nature at its best! When you're finished playing outside come inside to your home away from home. It has a king size bed, full kitchen, TV, and bathtub. Ideal for couples and solo travelers. Not suitable for animals or children.

Concrete Ski House Near Sugarbush

2 Minutes from Sugarbush, Lincoln Peak. Architect Dave Sellers’ “Archie Bunker” is a high-concept concrete manse filled with vintage artifacts. Winner of 2010 American Institute of Architects Award. Guests just need to bring your gear & groceries. There is a Murphy bed in the living room. Laundry room is conveniently located on site. Trash room at the end of the hallway.
