Cocketts Holiday Cottage - a delightful 16th century pink country cottage tucked away on a quiet lane in the heart of rural Suffolk. Cosy, comfortable and tranquil, featuring beams, logburning stove and large garden with orchard, games room and children's playhouse. Feed the owner's pygmy goats and look for eggs from the chickens. Thoughtfully equipped with all you'll need for a relaxing 'get-away-from-it-all' break at any time of year. Interesting places to visit and easy access to the coast.

The Barn has been welcoming guests since 2012 and has recently been renovated to modernise and brighten the home. It was previously listed on AirBnB as Garden Lodge. Kiln Cottage allows you to immerse yourself in a haven of wildlife and tranquillity, surrounded by beautiful countryside. Situated in the grounds of our 17th Century home, it is a private sanctuary, with high quality decor and all modern facilities. Wake up to the sound of birdsong whilst enjoying locally sourced artisan coffee and produce. This large vaulted space has an open-plan sitting and dining area, complete with separate fully fitted kitchen, bathroom and two luxurious double bedrooms.

The Strawberry Box - luxury eco barn conversion

The Strawberry Box is a luxuriously converted old tractor barn located on our working strawberry farm in rural Suffolk. South facing with extensive views across the rolling countryside, it is self contained and private, perfect for a quiet relaxing holiday, a romantic break or a base for exploring the rich heritage and beautiful villages around us. The Norfolk Broads only 15 mins in the lovely market town of Beccles.

Our comfortable and quiet cottage annexe provides a well-equipped place to stay for a self-catering short break or longer, with wi-fi included. The comfortable sitting room looks out onto the private garden where there is a small patio containing outdoor chairs and table. The ensuite bedroom (double-bed) has a vaulted ceiling and ample storage.

However, we do not accept infants or children.

This one bed, modern annex is situated 15 minutes away from the beautiful town of Bury St Edmunds. The name of the property very simply describes the view out the back of the annex which we hope you love as much as we do. You can watch rabbits, deer and birds from the large gable window and star gazing is a must. Whether you're in the area for an event or want to spend a relaxing weekend away to unwind, Field View Annex is the perfect getaway.

Brook Lodgings - centrally located with EV Charger

Tucked away but within a short walk of the market hill and Framlingham Castle yet only 25 minute drive from the coast. Our recently converted ground floor annexe has a Retro-Scandinavian feel comprising double bedroom with en-suite shower room and living area with sofabed and bespoke fitted kitchen. Guests will have use of part of the south facing garden and parking for one vehicle is in a shared driveway.

The Loft - Self contained own room with en-suite

The Loft is situated on the edge of Stanton village in West Suffolk. Close to Bury St Edmunds - 15 mins by car, Cambridge - 45 mins by car or train from B St E, Stowmarket - Train station is 20 mins, London - Direct from Stowmarket by train, Aldeburgh - 45 min drive and many other coastal areas. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and furry friends (pets).
