Unique shed conversion with views to the Mourne mountains. A tranquil location situated on our 10 acre equestrian yard but close to Downpatrick and Crossgar with shops, eateries and pubs. A quirky property with two double bedrooms, open plan living/dining with a wood burning stove and fully equipped kitchen. The equine theme is evident in the design. The Love Hub is designed for couples to enjoy. Light the log burner and cozy up together on the couch. The garden you can sit out and light up the Fire pit and BBQ and wine! The Star Portal room, you can cozy up in a double bed with glass ceiling where you can look up to the Stars at night. There is a private wood fired 8 person Hot Tub with disco ball and Cinema Projector with Netflix, Prime and Disney+. In the evening he Love Hub has amazing lighting and sets the mood for an amazing night.

'Lilac Tree' is a quaint two bedroom cottage located in the historic village of Greyabbey on the shores of Strangford Lough, Ards Peninsula, opposite the beautiful Cistercian Abbey. The cottage dates back to 1860 and has a spacious living room with wood-burning stove, seperate kitchen with dining table, two small cosy bedrooms & a modern bathroom. "Ella's Cottage"

Ellas's cottage was built in 2001 for my late mother and was later home to my in-laws. Located in the picturesque fishing village of Portavogie, the cottage is a five-minute walk to beautiful sandy beaches and views to Scotland and the Isle of Man. A recently renovated 120 year old workers cottage, set off the main road with private parking and a large back garden that leads directly to the beach. On a high tide the sea can come within a metre or so from the bottom of the garden. Whilst the beach is a public space it is typically only utilized by the residents due to the limited access points along the shore. The perfect setting to enjoy life by the sea and explore the beautiful Ards Peninsula.
