Surrounded by peaceful countryside yet conveniently close to Ayr’s many attractions, the property is a short drive for enjoying beautiful beaches, renowned golf courses, Ayr racecourse, Culzean Castle, Robert Burns attractions, Brig o’ Doon, and many other local treasures. This characterful cottage has a homely feel with spacious rooms. Welcome to Kirkbride Garden Cottage. Our 2 bedroom, family cottage, sits on the Kirkbride estate on edge of the Galloway Forest Dark Sky Park. We are a stones throw away from 4 of Ayrshire's best wedding venues, Dalduff Farm, Barwhey's Farm, Blairquhan Castle & Cloncaird Castle. We are 20 minutes from our beautiful coastline, surrounded by some of Scotland's award winning golf courses; from Turnberry and Old Prestwick to a selection of courses in Troon and afar.

Grooms Cottage

Sleeps 6 – 3 large double bedrooms Part of the former castle stable block, Groom’s Cottage is one of four set around a courtyard. Take two steps up to enter the spacious open plan living area which features a warming open log fire. Head up the wooden stairs to discover two king-size double bedrooms, whilst up a further five steps is a third king-size room. All bedrooms boast an en-suite shower room and many rooms have views over the castle grounds.
