The Roadhouse provides a unique experience just minutes from Folino Estate, Rodale Institute, and Kutztown University. Close to the road, but surrounded by nature on a certified wildlife and bird habitat. The open living space is complete with a kitchenette and dining nook. Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. This beautiful, cozy countryside suite is located in an area where there is a lot to do. If you like the outdoors, shopping, wineries distilleries, breweries or just plain relaxing in the country, this is the place for you. We are a short driving distance to all local restaurants, hiking/biking trails, kayaking, and shops. Access to the pool and a private patio are included in the price of the rental.

Cabin by the creek - Fireplace and Jet Tub

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Cozy 2 bedroom cabin that sits a few feet from the creek. The property includes 2 acres of woods on the other side of the creek. Walk across the footbridge and down a short path to a small pond. The cabin was originally a hunting cabin. Over the years it was expanded and converted into a year round residence. The cabin had a 1970’s vibe, so when we renovated it we tried to keep that feel.

Art Suite at Blue Mountain

Our location at the foot of Blue Mountain is ideal for a get away, or a place to work plus relax. Seven miles from Hawk Mountain, and 3 miles from hiking (including the Appalachian Trail), biking, and the historic borough of Hamburg. Although rural, it is close to grocery shopping and restaurants. Enjoy pure comfort in our solar and geothermal heated and cooled modern house. There is possible additional sleeping on the sofa bed in the living room.

Gruber Homestead Settler's Cabin

The cabin is the original Settler's Cabin on the Gruber Homestead settled in 1737 by Henrich Gruber. The restoration combines the originality of the cabin with the modern amenities that make this a unique and comfortable getaway experience. Located on a rural property of 28 acres in Berks County, PA. Miniature donkeys and horses graze the pastures and add to the charm of the cabin. No pets allowed.
