"Kosmaj Vista” je potpuno nova kuća u blizini Kosmaja, na samo sat vremena od Beograda. Naša kuća izgrađena je 2024. godine i predstavlja savršen spoj modernog dizajna i prirode u kojoj je smeštena. Na prostoru od 60 ari nalazi se otvoreni bazen, letnjikovac sa stolom za ping pong i bbq, i predivna kuća površine od 170m2. U kući se nalaze prostrani dnevni boravak sa kuhinjom, 4 spavaće sobe, dva kupatila i sala za yogu. Idealna je za porodice sa decom, okupljanje prijatelja ili team building-e.

Find peace and joy that only deep nature can bring in this spacious and serene space. Our house is located in the heart of Kosmaj, some 60 km away from Belgrade. It is built in a contemporary style, in the center of a large plot of land, adjacent to our forests. Large windows, terraces and a spacious sun deck allow you to enjoy the nature around and a lovely view. This is a place for those who love secluded nature. We have dogs and cats on the property, they are friendly little angels.

City loft

My guests will be checked in online at the police station. Apartment is within a walking distance to the city centre (2 km to Saint Marks Church) and is well connected with trams. Nearby is a market, bakeries, rastaurants. The main street called Bulevar kralja Aleksandra is very famous street with lots of shops, cafes and historical buildings. My apartment is in an old building, on the 3. floor (by serbian standards high ground floor is uncountable), no elevator.
