Barnen kan röra sig fritt i området då det inte finns någon direkt trafik, istället är det fina naturområden runt knuten. Här finns närheten till Göteborgs centrum(14min), stillheten och fina bad. Just nu, våren 2026, har en häck planterat runt delar av tomten. Tre dubbelsängar, på loftet står de särade, fullt utrustat kök, öppen spis, 65-tums TV och en hemtrevlig atmosfär. Takhöjden på sovloftet är ca 190 cm. Gångavstånd till shopping, Liseberg, Scandinavium, Avenyn etc. Caféer och restauranger i nära.

A cosy basement apartment in a quiet neighbourhood close to central Gothenburg. Enjoy your own private entrance, free parking and everything you need for a comfortable stay. Cafés, restaurants, playgrounds and beautiful Slottsskogen are all nearby, and the tram stop is just around the corner, with easy connections to the city centre and the archipelago. The apartment is part of our family home, so you may occasionally hear normal household sounds from upstairs.

Välkomna upp till sjätte våningen, och varmt välkomna in till ett kvadratsmart hem med en helt unik design och gemensam takterass. I Göteborg är Tredje Långgatan känd för sitt levande kultur-, butiks-, bar-, och restaurangliv. Här har du även närhet till naturen i Slottsskogen och Botaniska Trädgården. Med spårvagn så tar det ca 10 min till city. Om man vill åka på en skärgårdstur med båt så utgår dessa ifrån Stenpiren, 5 min bort. Välkomna!

Our little guesthouse is cosy and quite, in the end of the "street". It is simple, estetic and easy to like. The veranda gives you possibility to look at the boat passing by to Denmark and Gothenburg. If you like to get inspirated och to take long walks, this is a perfect place for You. We have a couple of restaurants on the island and help You find the best places to bath, walk and eat. Quiet and close to nature.

In addition, own private terrace with deck chairs. Only 2 minutes walk to tram taking you directly into town in 20 minutes. Or take the tram 2 stops to nearby Saltholmen and take the ferries to the lovely southern archipelago.

This lovely 130 sqm house is located in a calm yet central location, close to parks, bars, restaurants, shops, a playground, the archipelago, a kids' swimming pool and the city centre. Short tram trips take you to the citycentre/archipelago and Slottskogen is a 5 minute walk away. Loud music/partying in the house or in the garden is not allowed.
