Stay at a barn with all the modern comforts. Kids born 3/25/24. Views in three directions. Watch the sun rise or view the stairs at night. Amish made cabinets with quartz counters. Kitchen stocked with pans, dishes and utensils. Sheets and towels provided. Located in the countryside yet still just 15 minutes to Watkins Glen or Corning. Take a walk through the woods where you might surprise a deer or other wildlife, or curl up by the fire. If you are up for an experience, the solitude and peace you will find here are well worth it! Being so secluded, you will find cell reception is minimal until you connect to the WiFi, which makes this place where you want to go to disconnect from the busy everyday life!

Keuka Beach House - Glamping at its best!

My place is right on the lake and great for summer activities. The deck hangs out over the water overlooking the beach and dock. Outdoor opportunities include your own hiking trail on five acres of land behind the house, cycling, swimming, kayaking and canoeing. It's a great place for couples, solo adventurers, and pets who like to swim. Currently, New York State charges 8% sales tax and Yates County charges 4% Occupancy Tax which is added to the amount you pay when booking the space. Sorry.

The outdoor space is expansive with a fire pit and entertaining area that is truly amazing. You are minutes from downtown Corning but secluded and off the grid. The cabin is powered by its on remote start generator and has all the comforts of home.

Carney’s Country Escape

This single level home is located just outside of Hornell, NY in a quiet, secluded country setting. Letchworth 45 mins, Watkins Glen 1 hour and Niagara Falls 2 hours. We purchased the property in 2018 and made necessary upgrades while retaining the original character of this classic home. The view of the backwoods from the living room is spectacular! We live at the adjacent property located a few hundred feet away, so we are available as needed.
