Located at 2nd Hand Ranch & Rescue, this tiny house in the timber was built to share the beauty of nature with folks that want to camp.... but not really camp. This 12x12 house is off grid with a cute outhouse nestled in the timber behind the wildlife rescue. Relax and unplug for the weekend and know 100% of the fee goes to the animal rescue. This stylish condo located in downtown Utica is the perfect space for group trips or families. Layout includes 2 living rooms, 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, laundry room, and a fully stocked kitchen. Sleeping arrangements include a king bed in the master with its own private bath. The 2nd bedroom includes 2 queen beds. 3rd bedroom has 1 queen bed and a twin cot. The upstairs living room has a pullout sofa with a queen mattress. The kitchen has all the appliances needed to cook during your stay.

It will accommodate up to 4 guests, but is ideal for a romantic getaway or a girls trip with a king sized bed and queen size sofa sleeper. The lower level of The Bickerman is home to Bruce & Ollie’s Coffee, Ice Cream and Deli. It is a place for everyone to enjoy! The building has been restored while maintaining it’s rich history!

(1-Queen Bed and 1 full size bed) It has a fully stocked kitchen. washer/dryer and outdoor seating/dining.

Ottawa has great places to dine and Washington Park in downtown Ottawa has the must see Lincoln-Douglas Debate fountain and statue.
