Unsere Ferienwohnung Sunset-Oase befindet sich in dem kleinen Örtchen Prizna an der Kvarner Bucht. Die Wohnung liegt in Erster Linie am Adriatischen Meer. Die Lagune ist direkt über einen eigenen Treppenzugang erreichbar. Die Ferienwohnung wurde in 2017 neugebaut und hochwertig ausgestattet. Die 15 m² große Terrasse  bietet einen romantischen Sonnenuntergang. Sie ist mit Sonnenliegen, Stühlen und Terrassentisch ausgestattet. Die Inseln PAK (3 km) und RAB (15 km) können schnell erreich werden.

E' composto da armadio a ponte con due letti, angolo cottura e pranzo, bagno e terrazzo. è provvisto di climatizzatore, TV satellitare, WiFi e parcheggio all'interno della proprietà. La cucina è fornita di piano cottura, frigorifero, pentolame, piatti e posate. Bagno con doccia. Terrazzo coperto con tavolo e sedie per pranzare all'aria aperta e due poltrone. Plus, a restaurant is only 5 meters away and the nearest mini market is 1 km away (a larger supermarket is located 2.5 km from our property)

The apartments are spacious, with large terraces overlooking the sea and are fully equipped with all furniture, appliances and air conditioning. The beach is accessed by several steps from the yard. It has a sandy part suitable for small children, shade but a concrete pier and access by boat.
