There is ample, free parking outside the property with a regular bus service running into brighton town centre and the seafront.

The Annex has its own entrance and is fully equipped with everything you’ll need The Annex is part of our family home and although it’s a private space, you will be able to hear kids and dogs playing in the garden below your decking at times

The studio has its separate entrance from the house alleyway into the garden, offering privacy and seclusion. Free continental breakfast is included as well as tea and coffee, toaster, kettle, microwave, air fryer and fridge. There is free WIFI connection, towels and basic toiletries.
