Multiple bus lines (61A, 61B, 67) provide easy access to CMU, Pitt, Downtown, Squirrel Hill and more. This house is 100 years old and was lovingly restored. You will have your own entrance & onsite parking in the driveway. Your PRIVATE area does not join with my living area in any way; we likely will never meet. The suite includes your own bathroom with a deluxe shower, an in-suite mini kitchen with stove & fridge, a small dining table, a couch, & a comfy queen bed. You control the temperature with your own HVAC system with both heating & cooling. It’s approximately 15 mins to all main universities, the city center & all of the sports arenas.

This simple basement suite is safe and convenient. Located on a quiet street with walking to restaurants, library, and movie theater with easy bus access to Pitt, CMU. Equidistant to Frick and Schenley Parks with hiking and biking trails, tennis, soccer, playground. Private entrance, off steep-ish driveway . Free street parking. Lower ceiling. No pets, smoking outside only. I have my children every other weekend; they have quiet hours 9pm-8am. Please inquire for dates if that might annoy.
