Die Unterkunft liegt sehr ruhig im Villenstadtteil Uhlenhorst auf einem der schönsten Grundstücke Hamburgs direkt an der Alster. Vom großen Balkon blickt man über den Feenteich und die Alster. Schöner geht es kaum! Das Zentrum ist mit dem Fahrrad, Auto oder dem Bus in etwa 10 Min. zu erreichen. Vermietet wird ein Teil von Alexanders Wohnung, der über einen separaten Eingang, Bad, WC und eine kleine Küche verfügt. Absolute Privatsphäre!! SONDERPREIS in Wintermonaten ab 4 Wochen! Schöne ruhige Wohnung zwischen Alster und Stadtpark. Gute Anbindung zum Nahverkehr, U- Bahn Borgweg in 10 Minuten (850m) und Bus in 5 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Fussläufige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten: Supermarkt, Drogeriemarkt, Apotheke, etc. Die Wohnung ist ausgestattet mit Küche, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine und einem schönen, sonnigen Balkon in den Innenhof.
