Conveniently located (w/ easy access to I-26) near Asheville, Greenville, Spartanburg, Hendersonville, Tryon and Landrum. Enjoy views of the lake from the porch, bring your fishing gear, take a dip in the lake or venture out in one of our kayaks. Then relax in the spacious shower, the fully equipped kitchen, even a washer and dryer--all available in our charming lakefront apartment!

Experience comfort and convenience in this cozy 1,600 sq ft 4-bedroom retreat, just 22 min from GSP Airport and 13 min from downtown Spartanburg. Ideal for families, groups, or business travelers—sleeps 10 (can host up to 12 with an inflatable mattress/large sectional couch). Work out in the private gym, rally at the ping-pong table, and enjoy classic indoor arcade fun. Outside, unwind by the firepit and fire up the grill. Fully furnished and thoughtfully equipped for an easy, enjoyable stay.

Privacy, luxury and nature-for you! Luxurious apartment in our home (owner-occupied) - on 120 private acres overlooking the Enoree river. Visitors are blown away by the view and the sound of the river. Beautiful walking trail and 2 kayaks available for use. There is a beautiful waterfall located only 600 yards upriver, by kayak. There are bald eagles, turtles, herons, etc.. 15 miles to GSP airport and 21 miles to downtown Greenville and Spartanburg. (No pets, smoking/vaping inside, or guns!)

Maggie's Lake House

Private - Quiet and secluded neighborhood on Lake Bowen with dock & lake access. Enjoy spacious house with private 20x40 in-ground swimming pool, dock for fishing and boating, large decks & charcoal grill make for a great BBQ day! 2 kayaks provided! If you plan to bring your own boat to use from Maggie's dock, contact the Lake Bowen Warden Office to obtain boat sticker. Boat rentals are also available. Starting June 15, 2021-Spartanburg County Occupancy tax is 3% for each night.

Beach access and 2 SUP are available but PLEASE ask us before you go on the water- our lake association requires an owner be present when guests are in the water. Enjoy the resort-like getaway right in town. 5 min to shopping, restaurants. Only 10 min to downtown. Unit is pet friendly ($49).
