Large living room windows and a spacious deck provide you with a bird’s eye view of the rippling river and many types of wild life. Deer amble through the property; eagles soar and keep an eagle eye on everything. Turkeys, squirrels, coons, and myriad of birds go about their business in this serene environment. The sandy shore is the perfect place to relax. The home sits on a 2.5 acre wooded lot filled with aromatic evergreens. Little House on the Pretty(LHP) is part of Sittin Pretty Farm. LHP is tucked into the woods giving a place to retreat and restore. The home is finely crafted embodying a simple elegance and character of the Driftless locale. Once inside, a sense of marvel and serenity are sure make heartfelt memories. We are six miles from Viroqua and nestled among Amish Paradise with several neighboring Amish farms. In season the Amish have roadside vegetable stands where you can purchase veggies and pie!

The cabin has electricity, supplied water and a non chemical port-o-let, a heater, wood stove (we supply all indoor wood), fire pit and charcoal grill. Our Bakery is open Saturday-Sunday 9-4, May -October or order in advance off season. Short walk from parking to the cabin; we will transport your gear if needed. Enjoy our trails! LGBTQ owned. Enjoy this Lower Unit Suite in Sparta, WI! Located 7 miles from Ft. McCoy just off the River Run golf course in Beautiful Sparta,WI You can bike the trails, hike, golf or kayak all from this location. This suite is close to hockey rink and park system. Great place to enjoy and relax. Very well behaved dogs are accepted. No cats, pigs, birds or reptiles. There is a $25 fee per pet. I do ask you to keep the dogs off the furniture to minimize damage and also to clean up any yard waste.
