Welcome to our secluded, hillside oasis! Situated outside of town in a peaceful neighborhood, the Aerie Loft offers a hotel-style studio engulfed in absolutely stunning panoramic views. It is located on a south-facing slope above the charming Moab Valley, 3 miles south of town. We're up on a hillside, so sunrises and sunsets are amazing! The 'Aerie Loft' offers a covered carport which it is situated above for relaxing outdoors, tinkering with gear, and an outdoor garden area for BBQing.

Guests have private entrance into the suite. Personal wood deck area shared with unit 2, private bathroom, kitchenette, living area, and bed. Located about 3 miles south of Moab on the shady "Moab Rim" side of the valley. The space is a private guest suite that has its own entrance, outdoor living space and parking. Walk or ride your bike to Pipedream mountain bike and Hidden Valley hiking trails. Close to Arches and Canyonlands National Park, Sand Flats and Area BFE. We are a licensed business in Grand County.
