We built it with much love and fun in a creative, organic way from recycled, found and donated materials. The (20 square m.) little house is simple, but under the care of a big Douglas Pine tree and with enough basic elements in kitchen, house and own private garden you can feel relaxed safe and happy! 26 km from Amsterdam 24 km Utrecht 5,6 km Hilversum 200m from nature!

The 40m2 guesthouse is located in recreation area "Spaarnwoude", (3 persons in the house and we can host 2 extra persons (kids) in a caravan) included season shared pool and with a all year around outside hottub close to the beach of IJmuiden/Zandvoort and train-busstation Amsterdam Sloterdijk (15min). Activities nearby: SnowPlanet, a golfcourse, horse riding, harbour and water activities. Bus 382 stops nearby. Ruigoord is close. Beautiful Bali-style design. We have an outdoor trampoline.

Just 5 minutes from the city center of Haarlem, in the cosy but quite neighborhood "the Leidsebuurt" you can find a totally renovated apartment in my house. Guests have a separate entrance. I live on the second and third floor. Total of 50 m2 studio incl. luxurious private bathroom with bath. There is a small kitchenette with fridge, oven/microwave, washing machine, coffee maker and an electric cooker. 25 km from Amsterdam and the beach and dunes are 7 km. 2 bicycles available for free.

Vlakbij bos, duinen, strand en zee waar je kunt wandelen en fietsen, dichtbij kan je genieten van de gezellige winkelstraatjes van Santpoort-Noord en Bloemendaal, de ruïne van Brederode, landgoed Duin en Kruidberg en sauna Ridderrode. Deze romantische woonboot ADRIANA in het hart van Amsterdam is voor echte liefhebbers van historische schepen. Gebouwd in 1888 is dit een van de oudste boten van Amsterdam en ligt in de Jordaan vlak bij het Anne Frank huis en het Centraal Station. Het schip heeft 5G internet, TV, centrale verwarming en een gratis parkeerplek. U heeft het exclusieve gebruik. Buiten op het dek heeft men een prachtig uitzicht op de Keizersgracht en zijn er veel winkels en restaurants om de hoek.

Nice living with a view on the Spaarne River, lovely boxspring bed, and a large bathroom with a rain shower. It's a 15-minute walk along the river to the city center, and you can do it in 5 minutes by bikes we provide. 20 min to Amsterdam by bus or train, 20 min to the beach bus/train, bike 30 min. It is 40 minutes from the airport.

Stylish studio with a striking view

The studio is just 20 meters from the Spaarne river. The Droste Boulevard is a car-free zone and located on the former premises of the famous Droste Chocolate Factory. Behind the studio there is free parking. The studio has a private entrance, private shower and toilet and one room with a kingsize bed and an extra sleeping couch for 2 persons. (max 4 persons) ideal for families. Also there is a kitchenette with everything to prepare an easy meal or breakfast.

In the room has all the amenities. The guest entrance is in our back yard with its own front door, so that you are free. This room is a mix of antique and modern style, comfortable and luxury furnished and fully equipped. There is a luxurious double bed and folding bed with high-quality mattresses. The total room was renovated in August 2018. Opposite our House is a forest. Our garden is subtropical, with hibiscus, palms, and a fig tree. You are welcome
