The accommodation comprises a large sitting room, wood burning stove, king size bedroom with TV and large ensuite bathroom, with a bath and shower, private terrace overlooking the valley. NO KITCHEN. The Old Bakehouse Cottage is set in the heart of historic Colyton, known as Devon’s most rebellious town! This gorgeous holiday home is perfect for families as well as friends seeking a peaceful country break. Dogs are welcome too. The cottage features a large and stylish open living space upstairs, with balcony, and two bedrooms and two bathrooms on the ground floor. There is parking for one car in the courtyard. Colyton is a short drive to some of the best beaches on the famous Jurassic Coast.

The Old Workshop is situated within an AONB and is tucked away in the courtyard of our barns.

Little Rock is the perfect location to simply relax or explore the country & coast with great food and activities within easy reach.

Two fine pubs supplying excellent food and locally brewed ales in the village and amazing cliff path walks East or West. Now a bookable sauna on the beach and free parking can be arranged

Perfectly situated on our working farm just a 10 minute walk from the South West Coast Path on the stunning Jurassic coast near Sidmouth, offering ample opportunity for walking and sea swims.

Underfloor heating and a cosy wood-burner. There is an EV charger at the barn. Beaches and moorland all within a half hour drive. Being within a working farm, sadly we cannot allow dogs.
