Trails through the maritime forest nearby. NOTE: DOWNSTAIRS apartment can hear footsteps/noise from above!

The 520 sq ft studio is luxurious and well-appointed with a laid-back feel. The apartment features a private ground-floor entrance, free parking, and a large covered porch. Just like the name implies, you can relax and recharge in my Green Room.

Our apartment is located on the first floor of our home, which is one of the only Solar Powered homes in the Outer Banks! Just a 5 minute walk to the beach and a short bike ride or drive to the sound, we have a perfect location which is close to everything. Our space includes the use of our outdoor shower and beach parking passes. We have a great yard for lounging, sun bathing or playing with dogs. Come and check out our "Cave" by the waves!

Golf course location near beach

1 bedroom, 1 bath apartment with private entrance on golf course. Close to beach, shopping, and restaurants. We are 550 yards from beach so you can walk to beach or use free parking at beach accesses close by. You do have to cross the main highway so with summer traffic it is a little harder but some people still choose to walk. Close to Wright Brothers National Park. During the summer we do require a 3 night minimum.

Skylight Surf Studio

Light and spacious ground floor studio attached to a family home in a quiet neighborhood, perfect for your OBX getaway! Easy self check-in with a lock box, separate entrance, separate HVAC system, King bed & a private deck. Eight skylights bring in natural light during the day and let you stargaze in bed at night. Guests are provided with two beach bikes and a parking pass for our neighborhood beach access.
