Guest room is detached from main house and has half bath with shower. Wet bar has microwave, small fridge and place settings for two. Short drive to hiking/mt bike trails in Cathedral Hills; close to Applegate vineyards and to downtown restaurants! We are an active family who enjoy our yard and open our home to meet new friends. Basement studio is located near the hospital, Oregon Tech college campus, downtown and several restaurants. Build completed in January of 2022 by owners. There is a TV and strong Wi-Fi is available. You may hear footsteps from overhead walking as original hardwood is a bit creaky in spots. You get a jug of pre-filtered electrolyzed reduced hydrogen water in the fridge as well as pre-filtered water right from the kitchen tap and a pre-filter on the shower. Have questions? Ask me.
