Normalmente gli Ospiti concordano con l'Host, prima del proprio arrivo, il relativo orario approssimativo. 1) Check-in di mattina Al loro arrivo in Via San Carpoforo n. 4, gli Ospiti possono chiedere al portiere del palazzo accanto (Via San Carpoforo n. 6), il cui nome è Shiran, di chiamare la domestica (Emi) che è sempre disponibile a casa. Il portinaio Shiran è sempre in loco dal lunedì al venerdì, dalle 8,30 alle 13,00. Gli Ospiti possono altresì pigiare il pulsante n. 7 del citofono: V'è sempre qualcuno a casa pronto ad accoglierli. L'Host vive nello stesso stabile e assicura la propria costante presenza e disponibilità nel ricevere gli ospiti al loro arrivo. 2) Check-in in orari diversi Nell'ipotesi in cui gli Ospiti arrivino a qualsivoglia ora del giorno o della notte, sarà opportuno avvisare per tempo l'Host e concordare un orario di arrivo approssimativo. L'Host in ogni caso è sempre disponibile h24 o su Airbnb o sul proprio telefono personale (+39 339 31 99 131). IL GIORNO DEL PROPRIO ARRIVO, GLI OSPITI TROVERANNO SEMPRE QUALCUNO AD ACCOGLIERLI. CHECK-OUT Normalmente l'appartamento deve essere liberato, il giorno del check-out, non dopo le 11,00 - mezzogiorno (12,00 pm). Sarà cura ed onere dell'Host comunicare tempestivamente agli Ospiti la possibilità di effettuare il check-out anche più tardi, laddove richiesto, compatibilmente al calendario ed alle esigenze della Proprietà. Il check-out può essere effettuato dagli ospiti in completa indipendenza, senza alcun bisogno di attendere l'Host, seguendo le seguenti struzioni: alla ,loro partenza, gli Ospiti possono lasciare le chiavi di casa sul tavolo da pranzo, tirandosi dietro la porta e avvisando tempestivamente l'Host. Questo è quanto! L'Host si rende sempre disponibile, laddove richiesto, ad aiutare gli Ospiti a trasportare le proprie valigie fuori dall'appartamento. L'appartement se compose d'un vaste et agréable salon de 32 m2, d'une chambre et d'une salle de bains en duplex. Il est possible de faire dormir 2 enfants sur les 2 canapés du salon équipés chacun d'un matelas confortable de 80/200cm. Dans la grande et agréable cuisine baignée de lumière vous trouverez tout le confort : lave vaisselle, lave linge, four, four à micro ondes, plaques à induction, grille pain et machine à café Nespresso. 4 parkings publics sont à proximités entre 3 à 5 minutes à pied. Attention l'appartement se trouve au 3ème étage sans ascenseur. Je me tiendrai à la disposition des voyageurs avant et tout au long de leur séjour afin d'apporter les renseignements nécessaires sur la ville, ses activités ... L'adresse prestigieuse de cet appartement vous permettra de profiter à pied de toute la ville de Bordeaux : la place Gambetta, les Grand Hommes et le Grand Théâtre mais aussi, bien entendu, les musées, les boutiques et les restaurants. Vous bénéficiez de tous les transports en commun (bus et tram) à proximité immédiate de l'appartement, ainsi que des navettes pour l'aéroport, taxis et parkings publics.
