A crogloft is a traditional Welsh mezzanine, tucked away in the eves. Somewhere to quiet retreat to. Gwarcwm's Crog Loft is at the heart of the home, an old farmhouse beautifully restored. We hope you will love it as much as we do. The house is attached to a small field that slopes steeply down to a river at the bottom. We've recently finished building a sauna next to the river and installed a wood-burning hot tub, making this a perfect place to wind down when the day's adventuring is done.

Our little valley is surrounded by wonderful Welsh country side, peace and quiet, starry skies and babbling streams. Stay in our insulated log cabin, with private facilities nestled into the slopes of our 8 acres of ancient, nature rich woodland. The little cabin has a hot tub, a king sized bed, log burner, a 'movie night' projector, kitchen, pizza oven, shower and compost loo and is just 15 minutes from the beach. There's a pub and a shop within walking distance along our country lanes.

Our place is a self-contained studio flat on the edge of a little town. There is an excellent vegetarian cafe and health food shop 2+ minutes walk away. The town itself is bustling but relaxed with a friendly atmosphere. The river and castle are ten minutes walk away.
