Comes with a private lounge and just across the hall a shower and separate bath, there's also an extra bedroom available for £25 pn for friends. Use of the kitchen is welcome. There is sky TV in the room mini fridge and free WiFi. There is plenty of free parking and a bus service into Norwich only 2 minutes walk away. A small dog stays too.

Southwold, Walberswick, Aldeburgh and Snape are all within a short drive. Latitude Festival buses stop outside the house. I can make you full English or continental breakfast at a competitive rate. Tea and coffee in room. Dogs very welcome but are owners' responsibility at all times.

Double room in a Grade II listed building with unique architectural features, in the middle of the town of Bungay. Access via it's own staircase to double bed room with separate private bath shower,and toilet,all on the same landing. The house is old so some floors are un even and there are quite a lot of steps..There is no TV in the room but there is WiFi. Tea and coffee facilities are provided.
