Converted from an ancient barn, The Milking Parlour is part of Little Wadstray farm. Very peaceful and surrounded by rural views it is ten minutes from the beautiful beaches of the South Hams, close to the picturesque towns of Dartmouth, Totnes and Kingsbridge and an hour away from Dartmoor. A great spot from which to explore the beauties of South Devon. It has a fully fitted kitchen, a log burner, wifi and all creature comforts and has been finished in an 'industrial/French farmhouse' style.

Beautifully converted granary, affording stunning views of the rolling countryside and plenty of outdoor space and parking to suit your needs. Equal distance from Totnes, Dartmouth, Salcombe and Kingsbridge, but importantly good reachable distance from the beach. The Granary, which is set upon a local bridle path is walking distance of the local pub and dogs are very welcome here. cosy nights by the wood burner or sipping wine by the fire pit after a long, lazy day at the near by beaches.

Shuttaford Barn is a recently converted barn on a 16thC Dartmoor farmstead on the edge of the moors next to Holne and Ashburton. It is the perfect spot to explore the wilds of Dartmoor National Park, walk along the beautiful River Dart or head to the many South Devon beaches for the day. North Barn is an 18th century stone building, bursting with character, set on the banks of the River Dart. Originally a corn collection point, North Barn has been renovated to a beautiful, romantic ‘one-room-living’ self-catering space.
