Enjoy your stay at this fully renovated, older home that has been modernized to make for a completely comfortable stay. Located in the heart of historic downtown Daytona, a few blocks away from the river, and only a short 4 minute drive to the beach, this is the perfect spot for your vacation. In addition to containing all of the amenities needed for a worry-free stay, the home also features several outdoor seating areas in a completely fenced-in yard; there are also several stores nearby.

Newly renovated and located in a prime location. This is a great spot for your vacation. We are only a 10 min drive to the Beach and less than 15 min to international speedway. This house has an Open kitchen with stainless steel appliances and all the essentials! There is a fire pit in the backyard that leads out to a swing set, cornholes, and a screened in Heated pool with fun floats. The patio has a Monument propane grill, where you can BBQ and lounge under our pergola making fun memories.

We are a 10 minute drive to the closest beach access, 15 minutes to the speedway and 3 minutes to Pictona pickleball club. This studio has everything you could need for a weekend retreat or longer. Great for staycations or as a work-from-home alternative. It comfortably fits one or two guests. Queen bed. Due to owners allergies and asthma, we are unable to host any animals.
