There is a queen sized bed and a sofa, NOT sofa bed in the sitting room. This cottage built in 1912. Private and cozy, the cottage has a big screen TV, wifi and a gourmet kitchen. The owner lives almost directly behind and is available and happy to assist. Chapin Park's tree-lined, brick streets and diverse historic architecture are charming. No smoking.

Stay in our studio apartment suite with private exterior door entrance. Hosts live in the rest of the house. From the backyard you can fish, kayak/canoe, paddle board, enjoy a bonfire, grill, and relax by the river. There's a king memory foam bed, sleeper sofa, and 49" TV. Welcome to our Riverside Retreat! Newly remodeled 2 bedroom 1 bath home on Riverside Drive directly across the street from the river walk. It is only 3.4 miles (7 minutes) to Notre Dame and 3.8 miles (9 minutes) to downtown South Bend. The entire home was remodeled in 2021-22 with all new flooring, new hickory kitchen cabinets, granite countertops, stainless appliances, and a 70" LG TV with soundbar. Guests have access to the entire home with the exception of the garage.

TINY studio for ONE. Non-smoking inside & out. Our typical guest is a busy academic, intern, medical worker or businessperson. This TINY studio is located in an old 4-unit apartment house, so there is some in-house sound transfer. Our neighborhood is usually quiet, but not always. See the LOCATION section under the map to read a description of our neighborhood. *Winter Note: We shovel the walkways at the Airbnb, but not usually until later in the day. So mornings might be snowy.

No shared space but with the shared wall, you will here sounds from our space including garage door, voices, kitchen noise, dogs may bark, etc. we try to keep noise levels down but we live here and you may hear us. WiFi in this location is sometimes spotty.

The Serenity Suite is a 230 sq ft. tiny house studio apartment created in 2022. A kitchen island with 2 barstools is in the center of the space. This can be used as a sit down eating spot or a dedicated workspace. The 3/4 bath boasts up to date accessories and soft, thirsty towels.
