The living room with a smart TV and half bathroom on the 2nd floor have access to the beautiful open air deck with ocean views. The third floor is where you can find the kitchen, the two bedrooms and a full bathroom. The eastward facing bedroom has a view of the ocean.The kitchen features white soft-closing cabinets and granite countertops. A fridge, stove, and microwave are also available for your use.

Nestled in the charm of the Ocean City Historic District, one can take refuge from automobiles, as the apartment is located in walking distance to shopping, the beach, boardwalk, and the bay sporting area. The neighborhood is designed for a slow and easy lifestyle, so park the car and take advantage of the great restaurants, parks, tennis courts, basketball courts, and the beach. Pets are welcome, too. The duplex is located on an important avenue that connects major highways from New York to Philadelphia & Atlantic City. The downstairs unit is where you’ll be staying.
