Complete with BBQ, infrared heater to take the chill off, and plenty of spaces to relax and to curl up with a book or play games. The lovely yard has areas to relax and a firepit for a campfire under the stars. Located in walking distance to beaches , both marinas, the restaurants and store.

Completely renovated in 2018, this oceanfront cottage with wraparound deck, large windows, viewing platform and pebble beach access oozes seaside charm. Relax by the wood burning fireplace, prepare fresh meals in the new open-concept kitchen (stainless-steel appliances including dishwasher, quartz countertops and porcelain sink) or on the BBQ outside. Serve up to 6 at the dining table with views of the ocean. Go to sleep in fresh new beds with the soothing sound of the surf.

A short intermediate private trail will take you down to the beach. The 560 square foot cabin is set back on the property, offering spectacular panoramic views of the Juan de Fuca Straight. Cozy up by the wood fire in this cozy 1 king bed cabin or have a bath in the outdoor tub and enjoy the breathtaking views!

Fern Gully is a tranquil nature retreat for many to enjoy. The cabins overlook a beautiful lush creek. It is a very private property with no Wifi. We encourage guests to unplug and enjoy the quiet of BC's beautiful west coast. Minutes from the cabins lie many beaches and hikes. Private outdoor shower & firepit. The Cove at Otter Point is a luxury oceanfront vacation rental with 180 degree breathtaking views of the Juan de Fuca Strait west of Sooke, B.C. This 3600 sq. ft. contemporary home is perfect for families or couples wanting an authentic west coast experience. Please note that we are at capacity for weddings and events for 2027 at this time unless the guest list includes only persons staying on the property. We will not be hosting weddings in 2028.
