This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Beautiful view of the city of Split, the islands and it’s surrounded by peace and quiet. The spacious accommodation offers three bedrooms, two bathrooms, dining room, living room and kitchen. A large terrace offers a jacuzzi, table tennis and dining. Dishwasher, an ice maker, air conditioning, a clothes washer, three televisions and two parking spaces for guests. Smoking is allowed on the terraces. Apartmant is fully equipped with bed linens, big and medium towels, a lot of dishes and spices.
