Wildlife are abundant and so fun to watch. The Sunsets and Sunrises are unreal! The studio is fresh, bright and clean! Situated amongst pine trees, this private, single-level guesthouse for 2 (plus 1 infant) offers comfort, privacy, and a taste of nature. Your 30-pound or less, well-behaved dog is welcome and will enjoy a fenced yard. A microwave, frig, Keurig, toaster oven, and outdoor griddle are provided for your convenience.

This vintage mobile home features new kitchen appliances, and a pleasant 16x12 screened-in deck that creates the perfect outdoor living room. Easy access to all the outdoor activities the White Mountains are known for. Our home has two bedrooms and two separate futons for sleeping. In total, the home can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests.

Pets welcome! Patio seating and fire pit available (when not under fire restrictions). Recommend pets on leash while outside due to neighboring sheep dogs and working farm.

It has a small peaceful back yard with a covered porch and a small fire pit. Because of it's location it is great for walks around town and a close drive to shopping. Please be aware that smoking, vaping, drugs or alcohol or animals are not allowed on the property. If this is a problem, please seek other accommodations.
