Sit and relax on the porch, or stroll through the pasture or neighborhood. In many ways, the cottage resembles a tiny house with a small bathroom & shower, kitchen sink, microwave, induction hot plate, coffee maker, plates, glasses & utensils. Many of the restaurants & shopping amenities are located on the north end of Kearney.

The home features 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a huge dining area with a beautiful kitchen as well as two living-room spaces. The home can easily sleep 16+. There are also outdoor dining/seating areas as well as a bbq grill & fire-pit plus kayaks & a lilly pad to use. IF you prefer not to have the 4th bedroom/Husker family suite you can a reduced rate.
