Idyllic summer house between 2 lakes in Gothenburg

THE SPACE The house is 135 square meters. The main property cover two floors with upstairs being in open plan with the charming livingroom with large windows overlooking the surrounding nature. Living room is connect with open kitchen area, open dining room with a cozy fireplace and small artistic room with desk, painting zone and chill area. Here you can try your creativity or if you prefer to read some books. There is also small bedroom with double bed and tiny bathroom with shower. The lower floor holds little toilette, hall, laundry, bigger bedroom with king-size bed and small bedroom with simple bed. In the garden you can enjoy chill patio area behind the house. Barbecue area, in the front of the house contains garden furniture and grill equipment. KITCHEN Our kitchen is equipped with good-quality pots, knives, and appliances. You will also find a variety of spices, coffee, and teas that are regularly replenished. We also provide guests with olive oil and vinegar. In the house, there is a 'Jura' coffee machine available, along with high-quality Italian coffee. LAKES AND NAURE First lake in front of the house sharing with few neighbours ( private bridge). You can use the boat with oars. The boat is moored to small sauna house. The second lake behind the house is wilder if you prefer to be alone with your thoughts. If you prefer some other activities the very popular west Sweden trails is just few meters from the house called "Bohusleden" that you can walk as long as 148 km ! LOCATION The property is located 7 min from the hightway, 10 min to airport, 10 min to nearest Landvetter centrum (food store, cafe shop) and 30 min to Gothenburg downtown by car. GUEST ACCESS You have access to everything in the accommodation. The kitchen is fully equipped (no including microwave). WiFi and bed linen, towels, coffee and tee are included.

Disfruta de una estancia cuando te hospedes en una acogedora casa de campo a poca distancia a pie de Gotaleden, a unos 20 minutos en coche de Gotemburgo, Alingsås y el aeropuerto de Landvetter. El senderismo, la pesca y la naturaleza están cerca y hay trenes y autobuses a Gotemburgo o Alingsås. Hay un sofá cama (se convierte en un loft para dormir de 130 cm de ancho) adecuado para niños a partir de 5 años: tamaño para adultos (escalera de mano/colchones móviles),bonito patio y aparcamiento gratuito. (Nota: escaleras). En el sótano de la casa de campo y en la casa, hay una lavandería. No se puede fumar en el interior ni en el exterior.

Bienvenido a nuestra encantadora cabaña a solo 20 minutos del aeropuerto de Landvetter y a 25 minutos de Gotemburgo. Tenemos estacionamiento gratuito, WiFi e instalaciones básicas como TV, cocina, baño y ducha. Si vienes con bicicletas, tenemos un cuarto para bicicletas y una zona de lavado. La zona está llena de lagos y de una hermosa naturaleza para hacer senderismo. Nos encantaría mostrarte excelentes senderos para practicar senderismo, correr o andar en bicicleta y hermosos lugares para nadar. También podemos indicarte los mejores restaurantes locales y lugares de interés cultural.

Lindskogstorpet

Cabaña totalmente renovada en estilo del siglo XVIII (2024). La cabaña ha aparecido en revistas y es muy acogedora. Un alojamiento ideal para los interesados en el cuidado de edificios. A 400 metros de una acogedora y tranquila playa con muelle en Lensjön. A 20 minutos en coche de Gotemburgo y a 15 minutos de Alingsås. Tienda de comestibles y restaurantes están cerca de la mano en Floda. En el bosque adyacente hay un bosque de setas excelente. Donamos el 50 % de lo que ganamos con nuestro Airbnb a la caridad.

For next summer, pls make a contact. Vores bolig har en fantastisk beliggenhed med udsigt ud over søen. Huset (139 m2) ligger ved søen Ømmern, 50 km fra Gøteborg. Huset, som er placeret på egen halvø (3,5 hektar), ligger isoleret forenden og har sol fra morgen til aften. Fra terrassen går du direkte ud i søen med egen sandstrand og bådebro. Ud over hovedhuset med stor stue m/ pejs, køkken, 4 soveværelser (8 p), findes der et enkelt anneks med plads til 4 extra på sommeren (kan ej opvarmes).

Enjoy the nature right next to lake Torskabotte in Tollered. Rent a small cozy lakehouse, on your own half island with everything you may need for a calm and harmonic get away. Perfect for two. Please note! You can rent bedlinens and towels for a fee, or you can provide it for yourself if you wish. You can't follow a GPS to our cabin. Write to us to get the right directions. In the lakehouse there is a small kitchenette, a bathroom with shower and toilet and a view over lake Torskabotten.

Mitt ställe ligger precis vid stranden mitt i naturen. Nära Alingsås, Hindås, Landvetter flygplats, Göteborg, Borås. Du kommer att älska mitt ställe på grund av det sjönära och naturnära läget. Mitt boende passar par, ensamäventyrare, affärsresenärer och familjer (med barn).Stugan är på ca 30 kvadratmeter och tillhörande bastustuga med dusch, wc och tvätt är på ca 15 kvadratmeter. Fri tillgång till kanot för hyresgäster. Bra möjligheter för fiske, motorbåt finns att hyra!

Parcela con excelentes vistas y ubicación protegida entre las copas de los árboles. Dos baños con vistas al bosque y al jardín. La chimenea y el balcón al oeste. Gran isla de cocina y gran mesa de comedor. Jardín muy ubicado con sol todo el día y sin transparencia. Ducha al aire libre con agua caliente. Parrilla de carbón. Muchos lugares de baño en la zona cercana, el más cercano es Stamsjö, a unos 10 minutos a pie. Los bosques con bonitos caminos bordean los jardines.
