Χαλαρώστε στη σουίτα μας που βρίσκεται στην πιο αρχαία και παραδοσιακή γειτονιά της Σκοπέλου στη περιοχή του Χριστού!!Εδω θα ακούσετε μόνο τους ήχους των ντόπιων καθώς δεν κυκλοφορούν οχήματα!!Η πρόσβαση γίνετε από τον Μύλο όπου υπάρχει ελεύθερος χώρος για να παρκάρουμε!!Απο εκεί κατεβαίνουμε πολύ λιγο.Επισης ενας δευτερος δρομο πολύ κοντινος για το κέντρο είναι το πηγαδάκι!!!Ειμαστε ακριβώς στη καρδιά της παλιάς χώρας!! Θα ενθουσιαστείτε με το γεγονος οτι τα σκουπιδια συλλεγονται με αλογο !!

Απέχει 60 δευτερόλεπτα απο το Κεντρικό λιμάνι της Σκοπέλου , απο την κεντρική αφετηρία λεωφορείων, πιάτσα ταξί, δημοτικό πάρκινγκ, απο την κεντρική αγορά(σουπερ μαρκετ, φούρνο, φαρμακείο, κρεοπωλείο, μπάρ ,κλαμπ, εστιατόρια). Το 60 Seconds! περιλαμβάνει 1 υπνοδωμάτιο με smart tv , 1 μπάνιο με ντους, τραπεζαρία , καθώς και μικρή κουζίνα πλήρως εξοπλισμένη με ψυγείο, airfryer,πλυντήριο . "Eothinos" Sea front Studio

Beachfront studio in Loutraki with one bedroom( 35 sq.m.) There is a large dining table and chairs on the terrace outside, and a large pergola providing shade for out-door dining. All windows and doors have fixed insect-screens. The road outside is a cul-de-sac and leads only to the footpath to the beach, so it is very peaceful with no passing traffic. Fully serviced with cleaning and linen change every 4 days. Beach towels are provided.

Το διαμέρισμα είναι κεντρικό, ευρύχωρο, διαμπερές και με υπέροχη θέα. Ό,τι χρειαστεί κανείς είναι δίπλα του και είναι ιδανικό για παρέες όπως και οικογένειες. Είναι διώροφο με εσωτερική σκάλα. Περιέχει κουζίνα, δυο μπάνια, τρία υπνοδωμάτια, σαλόνι, ένα μπαλκόνι και μία ταράτσα.

Διαμέρισμα 40 τ.μ. δύο υπνοδωματίων. Το κάθε υπνοδωμάτιο έχει διπλό κρεβάτι. Το διαμέρισμα είναι στον τρίτο όροφο και έχει πρόσβαση μόνο με σκάλα. Μεγάλο ιδιωτικό μπαλκόνι 60 τ.μ. με Barbeque. Μοναδική θέα προς τη θάλασσα. Το διαμέρισμα έχει επίσης κουζίνα και μπάνιο.
