Studio apartment with the balcony facing the sea front, beautiful panoramic view and the sea view from the bed. Studio is part of the Bellevue house. In the garden there is a grill. Parking free in front of the house. Nice and easy walk to the sea, or even longer walks by the sea.Nice, cristal clear sea water , shoes for swimming good to have. Labin is about 13 km. away. Interesting is the old town, on tuesday evening, free guided tour.

La aldea de Duga Luka está situada en una colina con vistas a la bahía del mismo nombre, a solo unos kilómetros al sureste de Labin. La aldea está rodeada de exuberante vegetación, incluyendo bosques de pinos y olivares, lo que ofrece impresionantes vistas del mar cristalino. The apartment has two floors, with an area of 54 m2. On the main floor there is a living room with the kitchen in the same big space, a bathroom and a charming balcony . Up the stairs, you'll find a romantic bedroom with a small seating area. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.

Recently renovated bungalow is located in a calm and tranquil village Ravni (cca 10 km from Labin and 15 km from Rabac). It lies in the first row, surrounded with greenery and it offers a beautiful sea view not far from the beach (6 min by foot).
