The space has A/C, a small kitchenette, bathroom, workspace, corner sofa, double bed, Sky TV & Movies (Netflix, Disney etc) and an 85" home cinema. Bifold doors open out onto a spacious south facing garden & there is plenty of parking too. We have a cockerpoo who lives in the main house, she's extremely friendly & does not come into the studio unless invited!

Luxury apartment with outstanding views

We created a self catering studio apartment from our hay loft during the lockdown of 2020. In the heart of the Welland Valley in Leicestershire there are are wonderful views up the hill to Nevill Holt (home of the Nevill Holt Opera Festival) and from the sofa you will be able to watch the sun setting behind the hill. The Den self-contained annex.

The Den is a self- contained annex, which is very comfortable for 4 guests. It will provide everything you need for a short or long stay in Melton Mowbray. We provide tea, coffee, bread, milk etc. The property has a fitted kitchen with washing machine and tumble dryer. An open living space leads to two bedrooms with king size beds, & a bathroom with a walk in shower. There is parking for two cars on the drive and plenty of on street parking. Check in is from 3pm, & check out is by 10am.

It is in a secluded location with great views. The annex is a separate unit to allow privacy and convenience to our guests.
