A deep soaking tub and shower sets off the tiled bathroom with heated floors. Living room includes TV and internet, sofa and writing desk. The bedroom has a comfortable queen bed, dresser and spacious closet. The outside deck has a breath taking view looking toward downtown Silverton just 2 blocks away.

Loft with King size bed and luxurious sheets. Two sofas downstairs can be converted into beds. Not suitable for children. There is also patio with a table and chairs and propane grill where you can sit and enjoy the view of the pasture and water, with beautiful trees scattered about.

You can rub elbows with equine royalty - the offspring of two Kentucky Derby winners!

This beautiful townhouse is literally a few steps from the Historic Downtown and is a gorgeous 25 minute drive to Silver Falls State Park, various wineries, and within walking distance to the Oregon Garden. Take a stroll downtown for wine and dinner, sitting outside enjoying the sounds of the rushing Silver Creek below. Walk to the Saturday Market for fresh local produce when in season. If you want to stay local simply park your car in the garage and walk or bike everywhere.

Our neighborhood is close enough to downtown to enjoy walking to local restaurants, shops, Riverfront Park, and more. The I-5 freeway is a 5-minute drive from our home, making it easy to get to neighboring cities.
