I have 2 Labradors so dog lovers are WELCOME! We do allow limited use of our laundry - just ask. The full kitchen, desk, fiber internet, computer, 2 streaming TVs, a gas fireplace, but THIS IS NOT a MJ Vacation/party house! Noise limits start at 10 pm/no very young children. READ further below. I live in the studio on the first floor.

Studio Cottage

This is a small Studio cottage at the rear of my home. It's craftsmanesk in style with a partially open ceiling and a skylight. It's perfect for a couple or single person. There is a swimming pool but it's not heated, fine for swimming June to Oct depending on the weather, unless you are a polar bear. It's a 5 min walk to the MetroGold Line and a 10 min walk to new restaurants on Figueroa St. I have a fairly extensive cactus / succulent garden.

It is the perfect spot for couples, small families, business travelers and solo adventurers seeking both short and long-term accommodations! It is your home away from home. Dogs are allowed (maximum 2 ) $125 for one $175 for 2 dogs. Sorry no cats.

Our guest house is a perfect place to retreat after a busy day of sightseeing, shopping, dining out or working. Close to Disney Studios and Dreamworks, the Americana, Griffith Park and Resturants. Adams Hill is safe and lovely to stroll the hills for a morning walk or after dinner.
