5 rooms available, about 120 m2, homy and relaxing area. Two floors and 4 bed rooms. 1 bathroom and 1 separate toilette. Bed linen and bath towels are all available and included in the price. There is a 30 m2 terrasse/platform in front of the house with an amazing view to Laax, Vally and the mountains. The house is good for couples, solo adventurers, groups and families (with kids). We have two baby beds, high chair and a basket full of toys available for families with kids. You are welcome!

Ein Parkplatz in einem nahe gelegenen Parkhaus gehört dazu. Unser Haus ist abgelegen im ruhigem Naturschutzgebiet im Sertigtal. Im Winter direkt über die schwarz-markierte Tiefschneeabfahrt vom Jakobshorn zu erreichen. Im Frühling, Sommer und Herbst genial zum biken. Wanderwege, Langlaufläupe gehen beim Haus vorbei. Busstation ist unten am Haus. Da Davos ein Kurort ist, muss eine Kurtaxe entrichtet werden. Diese beträgt 5.90 pro Tag und Person ab 12 Jahren. Die Kurtaxe wird vor Ort beim Check-In eingezogen.
