Edge of the Wild - Guest House @ R Farm

1100sf, single story guest house that's a couple minutes from the town of Rifle, yet backs up to vast open space. Sheltered from view of the highway by trees, boasts tremendous sunsets over the Roan Cliffs, and views of the Hogbacks and Mamm Peak. "R Farm" is a developing farm w/ sheep, goats, chickens, ducks, dogs, and cats. The guest house is adjacent to our family home and near the barn. Built on the site of the Harvey Gap mine and a half minute drive to Harvey Gap State Park, this cozy mining themed private guest suite (attached to our home) is a base camp for your adventures. The Solargon is inspired by elements of Asian yurts, Navajo hogons and Native American hidatsa lodges.
