Our unit is named after our Shih Tzu dog, Milo. You will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. We offer free pick up from the airport/pier for 2 people so you can relax the moment you arrive Dumaguete and head straight to your unit. There is a restaurant, laundry shop (same day service) and nail salon onsite. We have a security guard on patrol at night and a standby generator set. We are also BIR Registered.

The unit has it's own bedroom good for 2 - 3 persons (queen sized bed), a spacious washroom, compact kitchenette with fire protection and alarm system. The units are provided with basic appliances which are mainly new.
