The bus stop, a supermarket and the lakes are only a short walk away. All tourist taxes(CHF 3.00 per person per night) and fees are included in the price. The apartement is on the groundfloor. You can reach Varenna center in 5 minutes with the bus (1,8 km)and in 25 minutes walking ( with a taxi you need 4 minutes).
