The house includes a kitchen equipped with basic cookware and dishes, ideal for self-catering. The neighborhood is exceptionally convenient, with 24-hour convenience stores and numerous Japanese and Western restaurants within easy reach.

Machiya Stay in Gojo, Near Gion and Kyoto Sta.

The house was an Ochaya (literally "tea house")before and we renovated it, which is an establishment where patrons are entertained by geisha. We kept the original structure and make it much more modern and comfortable. The river in front of the house is the must-see in Kyoto changing from cherry bloom to maples. The best location near Gojo bridge and Kiyomizuーgojo sta. can make it very convenient to all the famous spots.

LuckyaKazahaya-Private Japanese House with Garden

Kumo machiya Kazahaya was all made by woods, we keep the original style. The structure of this villa is つしにかいtsushinikai. Since Edo period, this kind of design was to ensure all the civilians are not stand on 2nd floor to look while the Samurai passing by, so the 2nd floor is short than 1st floor. Another feature of this villa is むしこまどmushikomado. Normally this kind of window on 2nd floor, looks like a cage of bug.
