Welcome to the beauty and nature of Core Sound! The Yates Cottage is directly on the water and has spectacular views of Core Sound and Cape Lookout Lighthouse with large windows. Other amenities are a screen porch, fire pit, and a large yard for lawn games. The Yates cottage is great for couples, families, dogs (with a single $150 pet fee), joggers, walkers, bikers, fishers and boaters. Our apartment is a 1 bedroom 1 bath furnished apartment over a detached garage. It is close to 900 sq ft. It has 1 king size bed with frame and a trundle bed with two twin beds that can be utilized if you have kids or additional guests. It s best for 2 adults and 2 children. We have a full kitchen, washer and dryer available in the apartment. We also have a 8 foot deep in ground swimming pool on premises. You must be 18 or older to use and or swim in the pool without adult supervision.
