U kući se nalaze prostrani dnevni boravak sa kuhinjom, 4 spavaće sobe, dva kupatila i sala za yogu. Idealna je za porodice sa decom, okupljanje prijatelja ili team building-e.

Wunderschöner Blick ins Tal von Bikic und dem hauseigenen Weinberg. Ein Pool (ca Mai-ca Okt,), Pergola und Lounge befinden sich vor der Haustüre und runden das Angebot ab. Ein ideales Plätzchen für entspannte Ferien zu zweit. Auch ausserhalb Saison romantisch und wunderschön.

Entire house for rent in a magical location - right on the Danube River, with a view of Petrovaradin fortress! It's a charming and cozy house with two spacious yards next to the beautiful Kamenicki Park. It is pretty close to the city center (5km) and the fortress (3km). On the opposite side of the river is a city bitch Strand (please note that during the beach season, on weekends, music from the beach can be heard). The house is also ideal for rent during the Exit festival.

Lakehouse can be accessed only by boat. There is big parking on other side of the lake, where you can park and boat is docked. Guests enjoy a private jacuzzi and a private 4x2 m pool, exclusively for Resident House guests. A large shared 8x4 m swimming pool is also available and shared with guests of Avala Sunset Apartments. The property features a barbecue area, a traditional outdoor cauldron and games for adults and children, all just 20 minutes from Belgrade city center.
