Welcome the outdoors in with the 6ft kitchen hinge bar window to the upper deck or enjoy the 6-seat hot tub on lower deck. Deep water dock tie off space is available. Guests enjoy the use of 2 standup paddle boards, and lakeside fire pit (guest provide firewood). Great cove sunsets! 15 minutes to Clemson and 1 min Lighthouse Restaurant. It's 5 mins from Historic Ram Cat Alley with shopping, restaurants, and breweries with Jazz on the Alley music every Thursday night (April - Oct.) It's only 10 minutes from Clemson University. Surrounded by 3 different lakes Jocassee, Keowee, and Hartwell with just a short drive away. You can ride 30 mins up to the mountains where you can hike trails and see waterfalls the foothills have to offer.

As you enter the screened in front porch you will instantly relax, experience a peaceful and quiet tree lined front yard. The house has plenty of shade and old oaks, built in 1935 has the charm of visiting great grandmother’s farm house without the wallpaper. Large side deck with grill, hot tub and plenty of shaded sitting. Side yard has a fire pit for evening campfires and roasting marshmallows. The house has an open floor plan.
