We are 20 minutes from the airport and 20 minutes from downtown with easy access to the beaches at Alki and Lincoln Park. Your quiet backyard refuge is newly remodeled with everything you’ll need for a weekend or a month. We are just a half block from the bus stop and access to Seattle’s great transit system. Whether you’re here for Business, visiting family, or on holiday, Hummingbird cottage should fill the bill. You have off street parking and the entire space to yourself, with laundry facilities and a full kitchen at your disposal. If you need a highchair or pack-n-play crib for your little one just let us know. I’ll be here to greet you (unless you come in very late), in which case I’ll give you the code for our August Bluetooth lock to get in when you arrive. We’re only 50 feet away if you need us but will give you your space if you don’t. Arbor Heights is a tranquil neighborhood halfway between the airport and downtown, plus only a few minutes from grocery stores, restaurants. and parks with amazing views. Alki and Lincoln Park beaches are also easily accessible. Seattle is a good city to get around in by car but if you’re going downtown you might want to leave the car and catch the 21 bus to save the parking hassle and cost.

This is a brand new remodeled home, one half of a duplex. Bright with fresh colors to make you feel right at home in our neighborhood in Burien. We are located just west of the airport about seven minutes towards Puget sound. We are a nice walk to Seahurst Beach or a short drive. All the basics are provided in the kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms to help you feel right at home in our cute little house. Nestled between the barn and the milking parlor is The Creamery; a relaxing spot to spend a few days far from the rigors of the city. Here we made Dinah's Cheese for years, and now you can enjoy the sunrise from the comfort of your plush bed, warmed by the thick down comforter. The French Limousin cows may come up to your bedroom window, curious as to who is sharing the pastures this morning. The quiet will be startling, with little noise but coffee brewing in the kitchen.
