This is a designer-furnished Granny Flat located at the back of our property, with its own private entrance and complete privacy. The pool, spa, and backyard are exclusively yours — no one else shares these spaces. Just so you’re aware, my wife and I live in the main house at the front. No parties allowed, it is on the lower level of our house, which overlooks Sydney Harbour, It has its own private entrance and is totally separate, it has direct access to the beach in Clontarf, there are 62 steps up to the apartment. We are on the Spit bridge to Manly walk which is stunning. Seaforth Village and Manly are close. Sandy bar cafe at the Marina and Bosk in Park, also a wide variety of first-class dining and shopping options are close by

Self-contained studio for up to 2 guests. Lock box check-in. Has private entrance with private deck to relax on. Real Queen size bed. Short walk to Manly Dam reserve. Close to public golf course. Close to public transport to city, Manly and northern beaches. Local patisserie café, chemist and medical centre and 20-minute flat walk to a major Westfield shopping centre with cinemas. Basic breakfast on arrival supplied. Wi Fi available. No off-street parking, no parking on the shared access rd.

Studio cottage close to the beach

(Studio update December 2025) - The studio will very unfortunately be next door to a building site.. Demolition and excavation are complete though there can still be general building noise. The builders hours are 7am - 3:30pm Monday to Friday. Very likely the normal peace and serenity will be disrupted during this time.
