Η τοποθεσία μας είναι πολύ καλή καθώς το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται με τα πόδια 3-4 λεπτά από το λιμανάκι του Φαληρακίου , 10-15 λεπτά με τα πόδια από το κέντρο του Φαληρακίου. Υπάρχει κοντά διαθέσιμο mini market, εστιατόρια ,καφετέριες και beach bars. Η τοποθεσία είναι εύκολα προσβάσιμη!
