Unit has one bedroom with queen size bed, bar/dining area, couch, and bathroom. Microwave and refrigerator in bar. Owners live above apartment and will be there if needed. There is a private entrance so you don't need to see us at all! Located 8 minutes from Seneca wine trail, 10 minutes from Watkins Glen and 20 from Ithaca.

Full Kitchen and living space downstairs. I live here with 2 dogs at times 3 as well as 1 cat that (is outdoors/indoors) just like dogs. All of us welcome you!

We are conveniently located to Cayuga Medical, just 5 miles away. Common rooms open to guests include living and dining rooms, parlor, kitchen, porch and patio.
